Because your satisfaction is our top priority, we’ve created a clear and transparent policy to protect you and ensure a smooth post-purchase process.
1. Refund Policy (Damaged Items Only)
We offer refunds exclusively for items that arrive damaged.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund.
The product must be in the same condition you received it and include all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Refunds do not apply to:
Change of mind
Change of decision
Misuse of the product

2. Exchange Policy (Technical Issues)
Your performance matters — and so does your product’s performance.
If your item develops a technical issue (not misuse) within the first year, we will:
-Diagnose the issue through our technical team
-Attempt to repair it at no cost
-If the product cannot be repaired, we will proceed with an exchange for a new unit
This 1-year technical warranty applies to all manufacturing or functional defects that are not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchange Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:
The issue is caused by improper use or accidental damage
The customer simply changed their decision
The product was received more than 7 days ago (for refunds)
The issue is outside the 1-year warranty period (for exchanges)
